the best breakfast for me at the moment is an Açaí- Bowl. It is not the reason that his is right now THE superfood but I just like the taste of it which is a bit like chocolate. In Germany it is a bit difficult to get when you have supermarkets and organic markets which never heard of the berry or just selling the powder (just not the same). So I started researching and found Joju-Fruits (Let me know what you think about it). So ordered 6×4 100g packs and had them 2 days later in my freezer.
So get ready for a very simple and delicious breakfast 🙂
- Açaí- Pack (100g)
- 150ml Coconut Milk (or any other plant-based milk)
- 50g Coconut Flakes
- Goji Berries
- Fresh Fruits (Like Mango, pineapple, Strawberries or any other Berries which you love)
- Crunchy ( depends what you prefer)
- Cacao nibs, or chia seeds
Put the Açaí for some seconds under warm water, rib the banana and add the milk. Mix it till you have a nice texture. Put it in a bowl and add all the other toppings. DONE.
