3 Tips: Become a happy Buddha in seconds

Hi happy soul,

I wanted to share with you a very powerful quote from Ann Wigmore, who was a Lithuanian–American holistic health practitioner and raw food advocate. Wigmore wrote several books on her theories and lectured widely to promote her practices.

“In this fast paced world it is too frequently the case that people accept what society, family members and the authorities, whom nobody ever seems to question, believe regarding how to live their lives. And yet, the happiest people I know have been those who have accepted the primary responsibility for their own spiritual and physical well-being – those who have inner strength, courage, determination, common sense and faith in the process of creating more balanced and satisfying lives for themselves.”

One:

A good Breakfast which is good for the soul and body. A good breakfast bowl in the morning will help your digestion and will give you power for the big day.

  • Plant-based yoghurt

Two:
For what are you grateful today? You woke up and had not enough sleep, had bad dreams or you are a bit anxious before a big meeting? Then give yourself some time and find 5 things you are truely grateful for. Gratefulness is the best way to loose your anxiety within seconds.

Three:

Try to smile and laugh more often. Did you know that Buddha believed that the power of laughing make problems smaller and more easily to handle. And the man had a very good apprehension on things even if it was thousands of years ago! Because clearly when you laugh your body produces certain „feel good“ hormones and enzymes. And when you feel good, you might look at your problems differently.
