Banana Bread (little burned)

Bonjour, Salut & hello!

After a long break, surviving pregnancy and birth, my little Baby Boy is healthy and happy and we are getting better and better with all the baby stuff here at home 🙂

Because the nights are short and the days are crazy, I wanted to have a companion through the day which gives me energy, is healthy and is high in fiber. Voilá the banana bread. You can have it for breakfast, as a healthy snack or with you coffee in the afternoon. Now that the seasons are changing and autumn is finally here you will find the banana loaf quite comfy and warming.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas (smash it)
  • 150g buckwheat flour
  • 50g ground almonds
  • 4 teaspoons chia seeds (soaked in water for 10 minutes)
  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 50ml agave syrup

Mix it all together and if you want to have it a bit more sweet just add ore agave syrup 🙂
